The Real Reason Why We Do It

Today, I was pondering and reflecting a little on why we all got started in this business and the real reason behind doing what we're doing as online business builders. While you can find all sorts of advice and how people are teaching (or trying to teach) you how to create wealth online.. OK, be it online or offline. Have you ever pondered what's the real reason behind all this?



Is it about the money?

Well, it's true but not exactly.

You see, what if you had walked into a store and found out that there was this nice dress or shirt that you really fancy. It costs just over a $1000. I mean seriously, it's branded, it's new... heck! It's what you WANT!

So, it costs you just over $1000 to get it, right ? Do you need $10,000? Yeah, it's useful but you really don't NEED $10,000 at that moment. You're not going to walk to the counter and say:
"Hey, that new design you got displaying there.. it's TOO cheap! Give it to me for $10,000!"
Catch what I mean?

I've discussed and learnt this. That we work or have a business started is not just to be able to have more than enough. In reality, we want freedom. The freedom to choose and live the lifestyle you want. Be it travelling, shopping for clothes, nice big toys like a car and a house. Money is important. Ultimately, a part-time business or a business of our own will give us the freedom to do what we want in life in the end.

Given the thought of having freedom or money. I'd choose freedom anytime of the day. You see, the freedom of the time and choice that I have will allow me to generate more money than I ever wanted. This is wonderful and exciting at the same time. Go out there, make a choice and live your business venture for freedom!
