what happens when a consumer buys a product and it is no good?
iF A PRODUCT IS PURCHASED AND IT SAYS 100% grey coverage and the consumer waits a day before washing her hair and all the hair is just like she never dyed it, what do you do?
Contact Customer Services and if the company is genuine, you will get satisfaction. Otherwise, if you have Trading Standards Officers (as in UK) report the company and they will take up the case. There is also a Trade Description Act in the UK.
